Please correct me if I get your name wrong, I refer to the conversation we have this afternoon. After giving some thought, I only have one simple request. I would still want to recontract my line for the Power 3 plan for the last time.

I am sorry to say this, but if I were to know I am not allowed to recontract all my 3 lines, I would not have recontract my 98XXXXXX line this year and would terminate my contract 6 months later at 31st March year 2005.

Since I am bound by contract till April 2006, I do not think you have a solution for me.
I can't either terminate my contract with immediate effect or recontract all my 3 lines without having to pay any penalty charge.

I do not wish to make it difficult for you; I am taking a step back. I only request to recontract for the last time for both my 98AAAAA and 98BBBBBB.

Truly speaking, I am very disappointed with the service while all along I was thinking Starhub have excellent services and products though it's a new competitor compared to Singtel or M1.

I am extremely angry over the fact that you told me that it's a mistake that Starhub did at 31st March 2003. I am not very sure about the terms and conditions that were stated 5 years ago at 1st April 2000 which indicated that I am not allowed to recontract for all 3 lines and that was precisely why I have called in. I really do not know if I can or should believe your words as I have lost complete trust in Starhub.

Can you please help me find out who is the person I was talking to when I was at Tampiness Mall Branch? Is she really the BRANCH MANAGER? Maybe you can explain to me why she told me it was a once in a life time promotion to recontract all 3 lines at 31st March 2003 and not a mistake that Starhub have made at that time. And maybe you should ask her who is the one she is calling to confirm the status of my contract? I believe that person she is calling is called Noriani. Why did she tell me the lie even after confirming? Was she persuaded by Noriani to tell me the lie?

Or maybe you were the one who is wrong and it was really a once in a life time promotion? Or should I trust the 8 customer service officers who have told me the exact same thing that I can recontract for all my lines? Who can I believe?

And I can tell you it's not the only 8 calls that were made that lead me to have high hopes in recontracting my line when I believe I can. I feel cheated for 2 and half years since 31st March 2003 as since that day, I have always believed I can recontract all 3 lines and I have asked, visited many road shows and called numerous times to confirm this. I am sorry to say this, but Starhub customer service officers including the management level are just a bunch of LIARS!

And please do not tell me that because my plan is an old plan, so most customer service officers do not know and most customers have terminated the plan.

Are you trying to tell me that I should have followed what your customers have done and terminate my plan so that I do not give you too much trouble to train your staff on OLD STARHUB PLANS that are not worth mentioning?

I really wonder how many Starhub staff actually knows the existence of my plan.

And I really do not know how Starhub regard customers as? Do Starhub only provide service to consumers who change plans all the time or only to new subscribers? I do not get the service I deserve because MY PLAN IS AN OLD PLAN.

Precisely it's an old plan, I totally agree with you. Do you wished to know when I started this contract? Coincidentally, it's the 1st day Starhub started to launch its mobile service.
And to think I stopped my M1 contract for this kind of service!

Please approve my request before calling me. Drop me an email if you need more time. And please do not call me to tell me that it can't be done. If that is the case, then I would wish to talk to higher authority regarding this.
